Meatballs with vegetables … like my grandmother used to do!

It ‘s true Grandma’s meatballs are another story! … But these are superrrrr!! 🙂

I love meatballs so much I used to eat meatballs fried and with ragù sause aiaiaiai times have changed … better late than never! …


These meatballs are soft, tasty and super CLEAN!

Meatballs with vegetables

  • 250 grams of minced mixed (chicken and turkey)
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium zucchini

Put the ground beef in a bowl. Add the egg whites and oats and work the mixture with a fork. Mix well. Add salt (optional). Shape into patties with your hands.
Cook the meatballs in a pan with water and rosemary and vegetables cut into thin slices bake in the oven or cook on low heat with a lid.
