Meatballs with vegetables … like my grandmother used to do!
It ‘s true … Grandma’s meatballs … are another story! … But … these are superrrrr!! 🙂
I love meatballs so much… I used to eat meatballs fried and with ragù sause … aiaiaiai … times have changed … better late than never! …
These meatballs … are soft, tasty and super CLEAN!
Meatballs with vegetables
- 250 grams of minced mixed (chicken and turkey)
- 1 egg white
- 2 tablespoons of oats
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium zucchini
Put the ground beef in a bowl. Add the egg whites and oats and work the mixture with a fork. Mix well. Add salt (optional). Shape into patties with your hands.
Cook the meatballs in a pan with water and rosemary and vegetables cut into thin slices … bake in the oven or cook on low heat with a lid.
