Ingredients:
- 50g of basmati rice or another rice ( I also use rice noodle )
- 200gr of broccoli
- 150gr of minced meat of turkey (or other type of meat)
- half a cup of homemade vegetable broth ( or alternatively use the cooking water from the broccoli)
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- chili (Optional)
- salt
Procedure:
Cook the broccoli by boiling them in a pot with water. When the broccoli are cooked (I like the brocoli well cooked, so I can make a cream), drain.
Cook the rice in boiling water and drain once cooked. Heat in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil a pinch of red pepper, add the minced turkey and let it cook for about 2 min. Add the broccoli and half a cup of vegetable broth and continue cooking until the meat is cooked and the broth has evaporated, add salt to taste and add the rice. Mix all. Serve.
