Venus rice with tuna mousse and broccoli
80 g black rice black
2 large cans of natural tuna (or 4 small )
10 gr of oil
300 g of broccoli
Steam the broccoli. Then blend with a pinch of salt and spices to taste . Allow to cool.
Cook the black rice for 30-40 min in boiling water. Afterwards drain and set aside. In a small mixer insert tuna, olive oil, pepper, oregano with 50 ml of water. Form a mousse. Add the rice to the mousse and place in the refrigerator to compact (at least 1 hour).
Serve , therefore, tuna mousse on a layer of rice and cream of broccoli.
