Basmati Rice with pesto, tuna and tomatoes

Well … don’t give up!!! …Roxanjels Fitness today presents you a delicious dish, easy to prepare and easy to take at work! A dish full of carbohydrates, proteins and fats (the good ones … of course!;)


Basmati Rice with Pesto, Tuna and Tomatoes

80 grams of Basmati Rice

2 cans of Tuna in brine

Pesto (homemade)

3 fresh tomatoes

Cook the basmati rice as directed on package. As soon as it is ready, drain the rice and let it cool. In a bowl, prepare the tuna and tomatoes previously cut into small pieces. Add all to the rice. Add the pesto and mix well J

Easy … no? ;)

You can also prepare it the night before storing it in the fridge … it’s a cold dish!
