I’m not a big fan of spinach but to make my diet different…I found the way to it spinach!!! Try it!

Ingredients per serving:
- 200g fresh spinach
- 70g basmati rice
- 150 grams of chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari (I prefer tamari sauce “less salt”. it has the less salt then soy sauce! )
- A pinch of paprika
1 . Wash the spinach. Aside boil water to cook spinach. Dip the spinach in boiling water and let cook. Then, drain.
2 . In the meantime, cook the basmati rice
3 . Grill the chicken breast (make the cooking medium becouse then you will cook the chicken with spinach). Cut it into pieces the size you prefer.
3 . In a large pan, add the coconut oil, paprika and onion. Cook for a few minutes, then add the spinach and the chunks of chicken breast. When the chicken is cooked, add the rice, sprinkle with soy sauce and cook over high heat for a few minutes.
