Protein Chocolate Biscuits…so yummy!
Recipe
- 30 ml of egg white
- 1 scoop of ISO 90% ultra brown
- 30 grams of oats
- 1/2 banana
In a bowl, pour all the ingredients and mix well, until the mixture will be smooth and dense enough.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Spray some Pam on baking sheet (in the absence of Pam use baking paper). With the help of a spoon form some biscuits and bake for 15 min.
Enjoy the delicious cookies with a nice cup of Tea. This morning I chose a tea with vanilla and caramel! Oh my goodness!!!
Cookies can also be considered a valid snacks to be consumed when you are out... and especially they don’t make you to feel guilt!
ISO 90% ultra brown … are whey proteins and in a scoop or 31g of product, there are 28g of protein!
