Ingredients for 1 person:
- 30g Protein Chocolate Powder
- 40g of wholemeal oat flour
- 2 drops of tic or sweetner
- a pinch of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- a pinch of baking powder gluten free
- water
Procedure:
In a bowl mix all ingredients. Add some water until you get an homogeneous mix. Split it in two aluminum cylinders for muffins and bake in the oven at 150-180 degrees for about 15-20 min. To know if they are cooked stick a toothpick in the mugcakes, if the toothpicks is dry it means that they are ready.
It is very easy to prepare it and if you like you can add chopped almonds or some fruit to the ingredients!
