The organization is essential when you are following a specific diet. That’s why I always know what I am gonna eat in the next 6/7 days. I do food-shopping once a week. I prefer to buy larger quantities of the food I need during the offers to get the best price!!!
Improvisation in diet, is not about what or how much to eat … Infact I always follow at 100% what I have been told to do! … but when it comes to how to prepare my meals…my imagination grows more and more in the kitchen!
My favorite meal is breakfast. I always go to sleep thinking about breakfast for the next day. I wake up 5/10 minutes before the alarmclock with the desire for breakfast. I love it so much! I’d have dinner with breakfast … the so-called “BREAKDINNER”!…
Here’s a lovely idea: Flavored Cake with cinnamon and apple infusion!
Usually I prepare the day before
Herb Tea Flavored Cake
Ingredients
- 150 ml egg whites
- 60 g oat (chopped)
- sweetner
- 1 filter tea apple / cinnamon (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Process
Prepare the infusion as normal. Drink it … keeping 2 tbsp aside.
In a bowl place the oat, add 2 tablespoons of infusion, egg whites, the sweetner and the vanilla essence. Mix all the ingredients and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Then take a frying pan (in stone, or even the ceramic is fine), if necessary spray some PAM. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes, and cover with a lid. You must then turn the cake to allow cooking on both sides. Cook for about 5 min. It is cooked when it becomes light brown.
Eat warm or store in the fridge for the next morning!
Note: You can simply bake the cake in the oven for 20 min at 180 ° C using paper for baking.
